From product to repeat customer. One e-commerce partner for the whole journey.

From product to repeat customer. One e-commerce partner for the whole journey.

I build your online store, get it found on Google and AI search, drive traffic from multiple channels, capture and nurture every shopper, and connect payments, fulfillment and reporting so it all works as one business, not a pile of apps and agencies.

Sound familiar?

Most D2C brands don’t fail because of the product. They stall in the gaps between the agencies and tools that were meant to sell it.

Tap the ones that apply to you.

What end-to-end e-commerce covers

Six connected workstreams, from your product to your second, third and tenth order. Take the full journey, or start with the piece that’s broken. Either way, each piece is built to connect to the next.

Build the store

Build the store

Platform choice, catalog and product pages, checkout, payment gateway integration, tax and shipping rules, built mobile-first and ready for real orders.

Get found: SEO and AEO

Get found: SEO and AEO

Technical SEO, structured product data, category and buying-guide content, and answer-ready pages so your products show up in Google and in AI answers from tools like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.

Drive traffic from multiple channels

Drive traffic from multiple channels

Search, social, marketplaces, email and paid campaigns with accurate product feeds, so ads never promote what’s out of stock and every channel is tracked the same way.

Capture and nurture

Capture and nurture

Permission-based sign-up capture, welcome and abandoned-checkout journeys, post-purchase care, replenishment and win-back across email and messaging.

D2C CRM and funnel reporting

D2C CRM and funnel reporting

One customer profile across store, marketing and support, segments built from real buying behaviour, and a funnel report from first visit to repeat purchase, reconciled against actual orders.

Payments, fulfillment and operations

Payments, fulfillment and operations

Payment gateways and fraud review, fulfillment partner and shipping integration, inventory sync across channels, returns, support queue and monitored automations with a manual fallback.

How the work runs

Every phase follows the same path. Nothing goes live without sign-off, testing with real orders and a handover.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Your product, customer, margins, channels and what “success” means in numbers.

  2. 02

    Blueprint

The store, channels, tools and data flow on one page, including which system owns orders, stock and customers.

  3. 03

    Design sign-off

Site structure, checkout, journeys and integrations approved by you before anything is built.

  4. 04

    Build

Store, tracking, CRM, payments and fulfillment configured and connected, hands-on.

  5. 05

    Test with real orders

Edge cases included: COD, failed payments, partial refunds, split shipments, out-of-stock variants.

  6. 06

    Launch

Go live with tracking verified from first visit to delivered order.

  7. 07

    Grow

Traffic, SEO/AEO, nurturing and conversion work, reviewed every fortnight against the funnel.

  8. 08

    Hand over

Documentation, training and clear ownership, so your team runs it without depending on me.

Principles I don’t compromise on

  • One owner, end to end. The store, the traffic and the back office are designed together, so a problem has one person accountable for fixing it.
  • Measure before you spend. Tracking and funnel reporting go live before money goes into ads.
  • Problem first, tool second. New apps are added only when they solve a named problem. You buy and own every licence.
  • One owner per record. One system owns stock, one owns orders, one owns the customer. The rest follow.
  • Honest numbers. Reported ROAS isn’t profit. I report contribution margin and repeat purchase, not vanity metrics.
  • Consent by default. Tracking, email and messaging respect customer permission, in line with DPDP and other applicable privacy laws.

Start where your business is today

You don’t need everything on day one. These stages overlap and describe needs, not revenue thresholds.

Launch

from product to first order Store build, payment gateway, shipping and fulfillment partner, tracking, policies and a monitored support channel.

Validate

learn from your first customers SEO and AEO foundations, first traffic channels, funnel reporting, conversion research and honest reviews.

Repeat

earn the next order D2C CRM, lifecycle nurturing, segmentation, structured returns and, where it fits, loyalty, referrals or subscriptions.

Scale

more channels, products and people Marketplaces, product feeds, multi-location fulfillment, inventory sync, automation and cross-channel reporting.

How we work together

Take the full journey or a single phase. You see progress every two weeks either way.

  • Launch project: product to live store, with payments, fulfillment, tracking and CRM connected from day one.
  • Growth retainer: monthly SEO/AEO, multi-channel traffic, nurturing and funnel reporting, prioritised at fortnightly reviews.
  • Fix-and-connect sprint: for live stores, a health check across 15 capabilities, then the top three fixes built and tested.
  • One-page summary each sprint: what shipped, what moved, what’s blocked.
  • Remote by default, on-site in Bengaluru when the work needs it.
From product to repeat customer. One e-commerce partner for the whole journey.

Testimonial

Director, D2C e-commerce brand (UK)

“Harish completely transformed our email channel. We went from zero automation to a system that now drives 31% of our total revenue.”

Who this is for

Not the right fit if you only need a cheap template store in a week, want an app reseller, or are looking for product manufacturing or sourcing.

D2C founders and brands selling physical products who want one accountable partner instead of five disconnected vendors.

  • You have a product and want to launch it online properly, or your store is live but not growing.
  • You sell, or plan to sell, across your own site, marketplaces and social.
  • You want customer data and reporting you own, not scattered across agencies.
  • You care about repeat customers and margin, not just traffic.
  • You want your team to run the setup after handover.

FAQs

verything from your product to a repeat customer: store build, payment gateway and fulfillment integration, SEO and AEO, multi-channel traffic, lead capture and nurturing, D2C CRM, funnel reporting and the operations that keep orders flowing. You can take the full journey or a single phase.

Yes. I start with your product, customer and margins, choose the right platform, and build the store with checkout, payments, shipping and tracking ready for real orders.

Shopify, WooCommerce and similar platforms, chosen to fit your catalog, budget and growth plans rather than a default. (Edit to the platforms you want to be found for.)

Answer engine optimisation makes your products and pages easy for AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity to understand and cite. It builds on SEO with clear product information, structured data and pages that directly answer shoppers’ questions.

Yes. I integrate payment gateways, including UPI, cards and COD where relevant, and connect shipping and fulfillment partners so orders flow from checkout to dispatch to tracking updates without manual re-entry. (Optionally name the gateways and partners you’ve implemented.)

It’s one place that holds each customer’s orders, behaviour and preferences across your store, marketing and support. It powers segmentation, nurturing and repeat purchase. Small stores can start with their platform’s built-in customer data and grow into a dedicated CRM.

With a funnel report from first visit to repeat purchase, tracked the same way across channels and reconciled against real orders and payouts, so you see contribution margin, not just what each ad platform claims.

Yes. Start with the free E-commerce Operations Health Check, or a fix-and-connect sprint that reviews 15 capabilities and fixes your top three gaps.

It depends on catalog size, integrations and how quickly content and approvals land. A focused launch typically takes weeks, not months, and growth work continues in fortnightly sprints after launch.

15 tool categories to build the business behind your storefront Launching an online store feels like the hard part. The catalog is ready, checkout works and the first orders begin to arrive. Then the work spreads. A customer asks where their package is. A supplier needs a purchase order. Stock on the website disagrees with […]

Your marketing automation is not working because one or more of seven things quietly broke: dirty data, disconnected tools, stale workflow logic, misfiring triggers, no clear owner, low team adoption, or no real definition of “success.” Most stalled platforms suffer from two or three of these at once, which is why a quick fix rarely […]

A few weeks ago I got into it with an e-commerce founder. My argument was simple: a lot of low-consideration buying is about to stop being a human activity. Dish soap. Printer ink. The water filter you replace every six months. Nobody enjoys those purchases. Nobody comparison-shops them. They are pure friction, and friction is […]
