For teams who’ve stopped trusting their CRM. Independent audits and cleanup, HubSpot-first and platform-agnostic, from Bengaluru for teams in India, the US and Australia
Most CRM problems aren’t the software. They’re duplicate contacts, empty fields your lead routing depends on, records nobody owns, and syncs that broke without anyone noticing. I run CRM audits and data cleanup for HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho and Dynamics 365, then put governance rules in place so sales and marketing can trust the data again.
A CRM audit is a structured review of your CRM’s data, fields, ownership rules, workflows, integrations and user access. It shows what is broken, what it is costing you, and what to fix first. You get a scored findings report and a fix list ranked by impact, typically within 1–2 weeks. You can act on it yourself, or I can do the cleanup.
duplicate contacts, dead/incomplete fields, broken workflows, ownership gaps.
merge rules, de-dupe passes, standardized field values.
rebuilding contact/company segments around how sales actually targets (industry, domain-based filtering, lifecycle stage).
moving between platforms or consolidating multiple CRMs without losing history.
who can edit what, mandatory fields, validation rules so the mess doesn’t come back.
debugging broken syncs (e.g. deprecated API versions, pagination failures) between your CRM and other tools.
No lecture on best practice. Just the system rebuilt so it holds.
A few signs this is you:
1–2 weeks. You provide [read-only or admin] access and a 30-minute kickoff call. I map current state: data quality, structure, integrations, workflows. You get a scored findings report, not just a conversation.
One review call to agree the order of fixes. We agree on what's fixed first, ranked by what's actually costing you deals or time.
Scoped phases, typically [4–8 weeks] depending on records and integrations. Cleanup, restructuring, migration, or integration work, done in scoped phases with checkpoints.
Rules, validation and short documentation handed to your team; optional monthly retainer. Rules and light documentation so data quality holds after I'm off the engagement.

A structured review of your CRM’s data, fields, ownership rules, workflows, integrations and access. You get a scored findings report and a fix list ranked by what is costing you deals or time.
A scored findings report, a prioritised fix list, and an estimate for any cleanup or migration work. You can act on it yourself or have me do it.
Super Admin or Admin or Delegrate Admin Acces. NDA on request; access removed and working files deleted when the engagement ends.
Typically 1-2 weeks depending on data volume and number of integrations.
Yes — HubSpot is my primary platform, but the audit/cleanup approach is platform-agnostic (Salesforce, Zoho One, Dynamics 365, Marketo also covered).
Yes — cleanup is phased and staged outside live pipelines wherever possible.
Audits start from ₹ 25000/- the final quote depends on record volume, integrations and platforms, and is fixed before work starts. (Or keep the current answer if you won’t publish prices.)
Both — a one-time cleanup, or an ongoing governance retainer to keep it clean.
Excel-to-HubSpot migrations for startups (structured cleansing, deduplication, normalization, lifecycle mapping, secure bulk import); cross-platform integrations between HubSpot, Salesforce, and Dynamics 365.

In the last post I laid out the damage. About 80% of a company’s marketing automation doing nothing but repairing data. Six fields all holding the same thing. Over 150,000 records belonging to nobody. And a cleanup so large it had turned into a risk nobody would approve. This post is the other half: how […]

Bad CRM data is never one big problem. It is the same six small ones, in company after company. I have now worked inside about ten CRM systems, across different companies, industries and platforms. I have never once found one where keeping the data clean was a real job that someone owned and someone funded. […]

Bad CRM data doesn’t just look untidy. It inflates your pipeline, sends leads to the wrong people and quietly costs revenue. Five practices stop that: retiring old data responsibly, cleaning and standardising records, enriching data continuously, defining what “good data” means for your company, and recalibrating lead scoring. Mature programmes then check that the actions […]
