MarTech, CRM and Website Services, From Problem to Production

MarTech, CRM and Website Services, From Problem to Production

I fix the systems between a first website visit and a closed deal: the website or store, the CRM, the automation and the stack that connects them. Independent, platform-agnostic and hands-on, from architecture to go-live.

What I can help with

Six services in two groups. Start with whichever one is costing you most; each is built to connect to the next.

Leads to revenue

MarTech, CRM and automation for B2B teams whose leads leak between marketing and sales.

Digital experience and commerce

Websites and online stores for brands whose site has become the bottleneck.

Not sure which one you need?

Start from the problem. Each one points to the service that fixes it.

Six services. One system.

Most problems I’m called in for don’t sit inside one tool. They sit in the gaps between tools, teams and vendors.

A buyer’s journey runs from your website or store, into the CRM, through automation and back to a sales conversation or a repeat order. When each piece is built by a different vendor, each works on its own and the journey breaks at the joins. I work across the whole path, so whichever service you start with is designed to connect to the next.

  • The website or store captures every visitor, with tracking and consent that hold
  • The CRM keeps one clean, trusted record of each lead and customer
  • Automation scores, nurtures and routes leads at the right moment
  • The stack connects it all and reports what actually drives revenue
  • Everything is documented and handed over, so your team owns it

From problem to production

The same path for every service, whichever one you start with.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

A short call, then an audit of the piece that’s hurting: stack, CRM, automation, website or store. You get findings ranked by impact.

  2. 02

    Architect

Target design, platform choices and data flow agreed in writing before anything is built.

  3. 03

    Build

Built in scoped phases on the tools you already own where they fit, with tracking and data checks built in.

  4. 04

    Test and launch

Tested with real data, real leads or real orders before go-live.

  5. 05

    Hand over

Documentation, training and a clean handover, so your team owns and runs it.

Brands I’ve worked with.

Services FAQs

Six, in two groups. For leads to revenue: MarTech stack development, CRM audit and data cleanup, marketing automation and HubSpot implementation. For digital experience and commerce: enterprise website development and end-to-end e-commerce. Each has its own page with scope, process and FAQs.

Start with whatever is costing you most right now. Most clients begin with a focused audit (a stack audit, CRM health audit, automation audit, or website and DX audit) and decide what to fix from the findings. If you’re not sure, book a short call and I’ll tell you where to start.

No. I’m an independent consultant, and you work with me directly from the first call to handover.

Usually not. I build on the stack you already own wherever it fits, and recommend a new tool only when a real use case justifies it.

CRM and automation: HubSpot, Salesforce (including Account Engagement and Data 360), Zoho, Dynamics 365 and Klaviyo. Websites: AEM, Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress and headless stacks. E-commerce: Shopify, WooCommerce and similar platforms. I’m platform-agnostic, so recommendations are based on fit, not partnerships.

Yes. I usually work with in-house admins, implementation partners and agencies. I own the architecture and the end-to-end flow; they keep what they already do well.

Yes. Stalled migrations, half-finished automation and inherited CRMs are common starting points. The first step is an audit of what’s actually there.

NDAs are standard. Work can start on day one, but I touch customer data only once it’s cleared, and I never publish a client’s name or work without approval.

Yes. I’m based in Bengaluru and work with teams in India, the US, Australia and elsewhere, across time zones

Most work is scoped after a free initial call, with no fixed packages. CRM audits start from ₹25,000, with the final quote fixed before work starts.
